When will my item be shipped?
Items
are usually shipped within 3 business days. "Socks" and lap
pads may require an extra day. Weighted blankets and vests
are made to order and may require an additional 3-4
days.
How do I make a return?
We
are happy to accept returns. We offer exchanges, refunds and
store credit. Weighted blankets and vests may only be exchanged for
another item or store credit. We are not able to offer refunds for
these custom made items at this time. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase to receive a refund. Exchanges and store credit are offered for up to 30 days. Refunds are given less
shipping/handling charges.
